Join us March 6th as we continue the conversation about food hubs specific to the Midlands region. Food systems experts Jim Matson of Matson Consulting, Jim Barham agriculture economist with USDA Rural Development, and Gary Matteson, Farm Credit Council, Vice President Young, Beginning and Small Farmers Programs will be on hand to work with attendees as we discuss food hubs possibilities for the Midlands.
